The HST has come Ontario... and we can still make changes to stop the financial bleeding.
Let's work together to get the HST eliminated from the following essentials to every Ontario household:
Gasoline and diesel fuel, home heating (furnace oil and natural gas) and electricity. We cannot wait for clear and affordable solutions to these essentials, we need affordability now. Contact your local MPP and ask them to take up the cause on your behalf. Whether you live in Toronto or on Manitoulin Island we need this tax revoked off these items so we can breathe again and put some money back in our jeans.
This is a list of many of the things that DID change and caused us to pay MORE for everyday items:
Gas, diesel, propane and heating fuel
Insurance, electricity, natural Gas, cable, phone and internet Services
Hair Cuts, ballet lessons, rink rental fees and movies
Tailoring, periodicals, natural foods, massages, chiropractors and audiology
Trains, planes, taxis and bus fares
Vitamins, dry cleaning, grass cutting and snow removal
Camping, fire wood, fast food and gym fees
Home renovation labour and worst of all---REAL CHRISTMAS TREES!!
